This kit will fit the following vehicle:
Ford F-150 from 1997 to 2003 with 4.6L or 5.4L Triton Engine.
Ford Excursion from 1997 to 2003 with 4.6L or 5.4L Triton Engine
Any other similar Bosch fuel injectors.
 
This kit includes:

8 pcs Micro Filters
8 pcs Spacers
8 pcs Pintle Caps


16 pcs Black 14mm O-rings (FKM VITON material)

 
If you are getting fuel odor inside the cabin and or at the engine compartment, that means your fuel injectors o-rings are bad and they are leaking gasoline. Anytime that you take your fuel injector away from the fuel rail or have a fuel leak around the fuel injectors, you need to replace the o-rings. Always replace the soft parts and install new ones to avoid a gasoline leak and the potential of fire hazard on the engine compartment. Also with new filters in place, the fuel injector will flow better. We recommend at the moment of installation to lubricate the fuel injectors o-rings with clean engine oil for proper sealing.
 
Anytime that you take your fuel injector away from the fuel rail or have a fuel leak around the fuel injectors, you need to replace the o-rings. Also and by professional recommendation, is time to get your fuel injector ultrasonic cleaned and tested and replace all the soft parts and put new one to avoid gasoline leak and the potential of fire hazard on the engine compartment. Also with new filters in place, the fuel injector will flow better.
